The Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE: NLY)
declared the first quarter 2016 common stock cash dividend of $0.30 per
common share. This dividend is payable April 29, 2016, to common
shareholders of record on March 31, 2016. The ex-dividend date is March
29, 2016.
Dividends may be reinvested through the Company's Dividend Reinvestment
