Finkelstein Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer Close David L. Finkelstein Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer David L. Finkelstein is Chief Executive Officer and Chief Investment Officer of Annaly. Mr. Finkelstein was elected to serve as a director of Annaly in March 2020. Mr. Finkelstein has over 25 years of experience in fixed income investments. Prior to joining Annaly in 2013, Mr. Finkelstein served for four years as an Officer in the Markets Group of the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where he was the primary strategist and policy advisor for the MBS Purchase Program. Prior to that, Mr. Finkelstein held senior Agency MBS trading positions at Salomon Smith Barney, Citigroup Inc. and Barclays PLC. Mr. Finkelstein is Vice Chair of the Treasury Market Practices Group sponsored by the Federal Reserve Bank of New York as well as a member of the Financial Sector Advisory Council of the Federal Reserve Bank of Dallas. Mr. Finkelstein received a B.A. in Business Administration from the University of Washington and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Mr. Finkelstein also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Serena Wolfe Chief Financial Officer Close Serena Wolfe Chief Financial Officer Serena Wolfe is Chief Financial Officer of Annaly. Ms. Wolfe has over 20 years of experience in accounting, of which 13 years were focused solely in real estate practice. Prior to joining Annaly in December 2019, Ms. Wolfe had served as a Partner at Ernst & Young LLP (“E&Y”) since 2011. Ms. Wolfe held a variety of roles across industries since beginning her career at E&Y in 1998, including most recently as EY’s Central Region Real Estate Hospitality & Construction leader since 2017. Ms. Wolfe currently serves on the boards of Lennar Corporation and Doma Holdings, Inc. Ms. Wolfe received a Bachelor of Commerce in Accounting from the University of Queensland. Ms. Wolfe is a Certified Public Accountant in the states of New York, California, Illinois and Pennsylvania. Steven F. Campbell President and Chief Operating Officer Close Steven F. Campbell President and Chief Operating Officer Steven F. Campbell is President and Chief Operating Officer of Annaly. Mr. Campbell previously served as Head of Business Operations of Annaly and has over 25 years of experience in financial services. Prior to joining Annaly in April 2015, Mr. Campbell held various roles over six years at Fortress Investment Group LLC, including serving as a Managing Director in the Credit Funds business. Mr. Campbell also worked at General Electric Capital Corporation and D.B. Zwirn & Co., L.P. with a focus on credit and debt restructuring. Mr. Campbell currently serves on the Advisory Board for the Fitzgerald Institute of Real Estate at the University of Notre Dame. Mr. Campbell received a B.B.A. from the University of Notre Dame and a M.B.A. from the University of Chicago, Booth School of Business. Prior to joining Annaly in 2020, Mr. Adler served for four years as an EVP and Head of Capital Markets for Caliber Home Loans, Inc, with responsibilities overseeing MSR, secondary trading and origination margin management. Prior to that, Mr. Adler held senior positions in mortgage finance at Structured Portfolio Management, CitiMortgage and Natixis. Mr. Adler holds a B.S. from The Wharton School, an M.B.A. from the Columbia Graduate School of Business and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Mike Fania Deputy Chief Investment OfficerHead of Residential Credit Close Mike Fania Deputy Chief Investment OfficerHead of Residential Credit Michael Fania is Deputy Chief Investment Officer and Head of Residential Credit at Annaly. Mr. Fania has over 15 years of experience in mortgage trading and portfolio management. Prior to joining Annaly in 2015, Mr. Fania was an Associate Director at MetLife Investments and was responsible for residential credit trading and strategy. Mr. Fania received a B.A. in Finance from Rutgers College and also holds the Chartered Financial Analyst® designation. Johanna Griffin Chief Risk Officer Close Johanna Griffin Chief Risk Officer Johanna Griffin is the Chief Risk Officer at Annaly. Ms. Griffin has over 25 years of experience in various risk management roles. Prior to joining Annaly in 2015, Ms. Griffin was Head of Securitized Products Market Risk at Barclays Capital. Prior to Barclays, Ms. Griffin held various market risk positions, primarily covering fixed income trading and products at UBS Securities, PaineWebber and Lehman Brothers. Ms. Griffin holds a B.A. in Economics and English from Villanova University. Pete Koukouras Treasurer Close Pete Koukouras Treasurer Pete Koukouras is the Treasurer of Annaly. Prior to his current role, he was Head of Repo Trading and Liability Management at Annaly from 2014 until September 2019. Mr. Koukouras has over 15 years of experience in financial services and has a deep understanding of funding markets and liquidity in agency mortgages. Prior to joining Annaly in 2005, Mr. Koukouras was a Financial Advisor for UBS Wealth Management from 2003 until 2005. Prior to UBS, he worked for Deutsche Bank as part of the Alex Brown Division where he was focused on high net-worth and ultra high net-worth clients. Mr. Koukouras earned a B.A. from St. Thomas Aquinas College. Tanya Rakpraja Head of Corporate Responsibility and Government Relations Close Tanya Rakpraja Head of Corporate Responsibility and Government Relations Tanya Rakpraja is Head of Corporate Responsibility and Government Relations at Annaly. Ms. Rakpraja has over 20 years of experience working in finance, economic development, and public policy. Prior to joining Annaly in 2018, Ms. Rakpraja served as Senior Director of Strategic Lending Initiatives at Capital Impact Partners, a national Community Development Financial Institution that lends in underinvested communities in the areas of affordable housing, health care, education, aging services, and healthy foods access. Prior to that, Ms. Rakpraja was at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York where she designed and managed a number of the financial market facilities established during the financial crisis, including the Agency MBS Purchase Program and the Agency Debt Purchase Program. Ms. Rakpraja received a B.A from Brown University and a M.P.A from the Princeton School of Public and International Affairs. V.S. Srinivasan Head of Agency Close V.S. Srinivasan Head of Agency V.S. ("Srini") Srinivasan is the Head of Agency at Annaly. Mr. Srinivasan spent the first 15 years of his career at Bear Stearns/JP Morgan and Barclays building models and advising clients on valuation and interest rate risk in Agency MBS. He has spent the last ten years investing in Agency MBS. Mr. Srinivasan was most recently a Managing Director at PNC. Prior to that, he was a Managing Director in Annaly’s Agency and Residential Credit Groups. Mr. Srinivasan joined Annaly from KLS Diversified Asset Management, where he was a portfolio manager of Agency MBS and Derivatives. He received a B.S. from the Indian Institute of Technology and a M.S. from Rutgers University. Andreas Strzodka Head of Macro Strategy Close Andreas Strzodka Head of Macro Strategy Andreas Strzodka is Head of Macro Strategy at Annaly and has over 15 years of experience in U.S. financial markets. In his role, Mr. Strzodka covers developments in the U.S. economy and helps inform Annaly’s capital allocation process. Prior to joining Annaly in 2015, Mr. Strzodka worked at the Federal Reserve Bank of New York in various roles for more than eight years. In his last role at the NY Fed, he helped implement the 2012 asset purchase program in agency MBS. Mr. Strzodka received a B.A. from Rutgers University and a M.B.A. from the Stern School of Business at New York University. Mark Zandi Chief Economist, Moody’s Analytics Close Mark Zandi Chief Economist, Moody’s Analytics Mark Zandi is chief economist of Moody’s, where he directs economic research. Moody’s is a leading provider of economic research, data and analytical tools. Zandi was a co-founder of Economy.com, which Moody’s purchased in 2005. He is on the board of directors of MGIC, the nation’s largest private mortgage insurance company; is the lead director of Policy Map, a data visualization company; and is on the board of the Coleridge Institute, a non-profit that facilitates the use of data across federal, state and local governments. An influential source of economic analysis for businesses, journalists and the public, Zandi frequently testifies before Congress. He is the author of Paying the Price: Ending the Great Recession and Beginning a New American Century, which assesses the monetary and fiscal policy response to the Great Recession. His other book, Financial Shock: A 360⁰ Look at the Subprime Mortgage Implosion, and How to Avoid the Next Financial Crisis, has been described by the New York Times as the “clearest guide” to the financial crisis. Zandi earned his BS from the Wharton School at the University of Pennsylvania and his PhD from the University of Pennsylvania, both in economics. Jim Parrott Nonresident Fellow, Urban Institute Co-Owner, Parrott Ryan Advisors Close Jim Parrott Nonresident Fellow, Urban Institute Co-Owner, Parrott Ryan Advisors Jim Parrott is a nonresident fellow at the Urban Institute and co-owner of Parrott Ryan Advisors, which provides strategic advice on housing finance issues. Parrott served in the Obama White House as a senior advisor at the National Economic Council, where he led the team charged with counseling the cabinet and president on housing policy. Earlier in the Obama administration, he was counsel to Secretary Shaun Donovan at the U.S. Department of Housing and Urban Development. Prior to his time in public policy, Parrott was a litigator, first in New York with Sullivan & Cromwell and later in North Carolina with Smith Anderson. He served in Sri Lanka with the Peace Corps, has a BA in philosophy from the University of North Carolina, an MA in philosophy from the University of Washington, and a JD from Columbia Law School.
