The Board of Directors of Annaly Capital Management, Inc. (NYSE: NLY)
(the “Company” or “Annaly”) declared the second quarter 2017 common
stock cash dividend of $0.30 per common share. This dividend is payable
July 31, 2017, to common shareholders of record on June 30, 2017. The
ex-dividend date is June 28, 2017.
Dividends may be reinvested through the Company's Dividend Reinvestment
